In Home Care

In Home Care is a flexible form of child care where an approved carer provides care in the child's home. IHC is targeted to families unable to access existing child care services.

You may be eligible for In Home Care if you:

• have more than 3 children under school age
• have a child or a parent with a disability or illness
• are a shift worker or person working non-standard hours

In Home Care offers long hours care, short hours care, overnight care, weekend care, before and after school care and respite care for children from birth to 12 years.

This care is supported, resourced and guided by an IHC coordinator who will be happy to talk with you about your child care needs.
