Lady Gowrie Community Space

The Lady Gowrie Community Space offers services and support for families and children. The Community Space provides a venue where members of the community can come together to participate in activities and functions in a non-threatening atmosphere.

Currently available in the community space:

• Season for Growth - a grief and loss program for children aged 6 to 12 years, as well as adults.
• Community Playgroups.
• A Child Health Nurse available 1 day each week.
• Self weigh baby scales.
• Toy library.
• Young Parents' Group (facilitated by Qld Health).
• Professional Development Sessions for Child Care Workers and their families.

Other parenting programs and workshops are offered through the year. Ring us to find out more.
