What's Involved?

The multi-disciplinary team will provide

• Family support, health screening and assessment, referrals to targeted, intensive and/or specialist services and brokerage.
• Outreach and targeted home visiting.
• Playgroups and work with staff in a range of early childhood settings to support children with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
