Group Leaders (Lady Gowrie Child Centres)

We are seeking skilled and motivated group leaders to deliver our early childhood education and care programs for children from birth to 5 years.

Key duties relate to the design, implementation and evaluation of these programs.

Full-time (38 hours per week) and part-time positions are available.  The gowrie is a family-friendly employer, and seeks to support staff to maintain work and family life balance.

Preference will be given to applicants who hold a Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification.  However, consideration will also be given to applicants who are well progressed in their study toward such a qualification and demonstrate commitment to completing this study.  These positions come under the Child Care Industry Award - State. Valuing the important role of staff, the Gowrie offers above award rates and a regular Rostered Day Off (RDO) for full-time staff.

Child Care Assistants (Lady Gowrie Child Centre)

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic child care assistants to join our dynamic team. Key duties include: contributing to the design of learning environments and early education programs; working directly with children and families; and working as a member of the Gowrie team to promote and ensure high quality service provision.

Full-time (38 hours pw) and part-time positions are available. The Gowrie Queensland is a family-friendly employer, and seeks to support staff to maintain work and family life balance.

Preference will be given to applicants who hold a Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification. However, consideration will be given to applicants who are studying toward such a qualification and demonstrate commitment to completing this study.

These positions are paid in accordance with the Child Care Industry Award - State. Valuing the contribution of staff to the provision of high quality early childhood education and care.  The Gowrie pays above award wages for qualified staff and offers a regular RDO for full-time staff.
